For parents of children (up to 12 years) with significant social, emotional, or behavioural problems. The Triple P programme teaches parents to apply these principles to specific situations and includes strategies for partner support and coping with stress.

Family Links- Working with Parents of Children with a Disability or Additional Needs 

(8-week course, face to face) For parents and carers of children (3-15 years) with additional needs. SEN Family Links offers positive practical and fun ways of guiding children so they can manage their feelings and behaviour. The course also focuses on parents looking after themselves, understanding their child’s emotional needs and building effective communication and practical strategies to manage behaviour.

Solihull Approach: Nurturing Emotional Health and Wellbeing from Bump to 19+ Years 

(Online course) Covers antenatal, postnatal, children and young people, teenagers, adults. The course covers communication and language, emotional health and wellbeing for all children and their parents so that they can thrive as kind, sociable and emotionally aware people throughout their lives.

This course follows the ideas of ‘Mellow Parenting’ which promotes positive parent-child interaction. Mellow programmes allow parents to take the lead in exploring their relationships and provide a structured environment where they can learn how to improve their relationship with their child.

Baby Yoga is a mix of relaxation, baby yoga moves, sensory play and simple adult stretches to aid relaxation and recovery after having a baby.
